BILT office is located at Avenida Cidade Maringá, Arcadas Dom João III. The company started in a small store located in the mythical building in Leiria and, as the team grew, there was a need to expand the workspace. With the acquisition of a new store, it was possible to merge the spaces and remodel them to accommodate more people, with individual workspaces in open space, a meeting room, an entrance hall, a cafeteria, and fully equipped bathrooms. The space is soundproofed and very bright, complying with all the procedures required to respect the working conditions and creating a harmonious space of excellence for the realization of our clients’ constructive dreams.

The Sanctuary of Fatima, which is a religious tourist attraction, has decided to remodel its pilgrimage center to make everyone feel welcome in the new space.

BILT started the construction of a residence for the elderly in Portela – Lisbon.

The Maringá building, built in the ’80s, is a landmark in the city of Leiria. It has a commercial area of 3500m2, with commercial and residential functions. It also has 148 stores and is located in the expansion axes of the center.

BILT was responsible for the restoration of the building’s upper façade.
